Job summary

Yello is seeking a high-caliber regional sales leader to drive growth across the Middle East and potentially wider markets within the short shelf life food sector. You will develop distributor networks, manage key accounts, and lead negotiations to secure sustainable profitability.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel regularly to strengthen retailer and partner relationships and to explore new channels and territories.

Qualifications

• Commercial/business development experience within short shelf life foods (dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, fresh produce or chilled products).
• Strong track record of opening new key accounts and developing profitable customer partnerships across retail and/or foodservice channels.
• Experience identifying, appointing and managing distributors across multiple international markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business and unlocking new channels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the Middle East and potentially wider markets delivering against revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to unlock new channels, customers and routes-to-market.
• Identify, appoint and manage distributor partners, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and growth plans.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers, foodservice operators, distributors and strategic accounts across the region.
• Lead negotiations with customers and partners to secure sustainable, profitable growth opportunities.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
• Drive value growth initiatives, balancing volume growth with margin optimisation.
• Develop market entry and expansion strategies for new territories and customer segments.
• Support succession and team-building plans as the regional business continues to grow.
