Job summary

XM in Dubai is seeking a driven Business Development Officer to drive international growth, expand market presence, and align strategies with corporate objectives. The role focuses on business expansion, relationship management, and execution of growth strategies across markets.

You will build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities, travel as needed, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• BSc in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or partnerships.
• Fluency in Russian and English; Uzbek is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and support departmental KPIs and develop action plans.
• Support market penetration and expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and tailor strategies per market.
• Promote products and services with knowledge of competitors.
• Participate in events, seminars, and cross-country promotional activities.
