Job summary

INTERWEAVE seeks a UAE Growth & Operations Lead based in Dubai to drive growth and establish the company’s presence across the UAE and GCC. The role blends business development, market building and local operations, requiring deep UAE market insight and senior stakeholder engagement.

You will build a structured pipeline, open doors with founders and executives, coordinate RFPs, and collaborate with strategy, consulting, creative and technology teams to translate opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development or related commercial roles.
• Significant UAE/Dubai experience and local market understanding.
• Proven ability to engage with founders and C-level executives.
• Experience with RFPs, tenders and procurement processes.
• Strong proposal and commercial storytelling skills.
• Experience establishing or scaling a new market or office.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive UAE & GCC growth and build INTERWEAVE's presence.
• Identify opportunities and build a qualified pipeline.
• Close new UAE clients and develop recurring relationships.
• Lead local operations, partnerships, and ecosystem development.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders.
• Work with global teams to align strategy and local execution.
• Represent INTERWEAVE on the ground in Dubai.
• Establish operational foundations for the Dubai office.
