• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, digital, or creative services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
• CRM or sales tracking experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials that reflect client needs and agency capabilities.
