Job summary

CFI Financial Group is hiring for a Head of Growth to scale acquisition, activation and revenue across web and mobile channels. You will own multi-channel growth strategies spanning performance marketing, SEO, ASO, lifecycle marketing, and analytics to drive sustainable growth in global markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with product and compliance, and adapt strategies to regional regulatory contexts while ensuring brand consistency and product alignment across all growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, performance marketing, product growth, or fintech marketing.
• Proven success scaling acquisition and retention across web, mobile, SEO/ASO, and multi-channel funnels.
• Experience in multi-market environments, ideally within fintech or trading.

Responsibilities

• Develop a unified growth strategy across web and mobile funnels and align with global expansion goals.
• Oversee acquisition across performance marketing, paid search, social, display, SEO, and ASO.
• Improve onboarding and activation flows, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure cross-device consistency.
• Lead marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized customer journeys.
• Build segmentation models and data-driven workflows to drive retention and monetization.
• Own attribution framework across mobile and web, monitoring key metrics (CPL, CPI, CPA, LTV, churn).
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and country teams to ensure compliant, scalable growth.
