Job summary

IBMC, a global Fintech-enabled firm, is seeking an accomplished CFO to partner with the Board and lead financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. The role demands deep Prop Trading/Fintech insight, capital management, and multi-currency consolidation expertise.

You will drive planning, audits, and compliance while guiding a high-performing international finance team through rapid scaling and strategic expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in senior financial leadership.
• At least 5 years as CFO or VP of Finance.
• Proven background in Prop Trading, Hedge Funds or high-frequency Fintech firms.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop and execute the group’s global finance strategy for scaling and expansion.
• Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and manage market and operational risks.
• Lead internal and external audits and provide high-level financial insights to the Board.
• Optimize capital allocation, liquidity, and trading-related financial workflows.
• Mentor and scale the finance department with a culture of precision and accountability.
