The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business development or sales within FX/CFD or financial services, plus a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role within the FX/CFD or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of CFDs, commodities, and global financial markets.
• Established network of IBs, affiliates, traders, KOLs, influencers, or other industry partners is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, traders, KOLs, influencers, and other business partners.
• Expand and manage the client and partner network to increase trading activity and business revenue.
• Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate commercial opportunities with potential partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive developments.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to support lead generation and business growth.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to management.
• Represent CG FINETECH professionally at industry events, meetings, and business activities.
• Ensure all business development activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
