Job summary

High Street Resources is assisting a fast-growing institutional financial services business focused on traditional finance payments and digital assets, seeking a senior marketing leader for GTM strategy and execution. The role targets B2B and institutional audiences across crypto and cross-border payments, with a hands-on yet strategic leadership mandate.

The successful candidate will own branding, demand generation, and performance analytics, while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Trading

Qualifications

5–12 years of experience across marketing, growth, business development or go-to-market roles.
At least 5 years’ experience within financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets/crypto or related sectors.
Strong experience marketing to B2B and institutional audiences.
Experience targeting treasury, payments or FX audiences is advantageous.
Proven ability to build marketing or growth capabilities from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the company’s positioning messaging and brand identity for institutional clients.
Build a B2B enterprise marketing strategy from the ground up with measurable demand generation.
Create multi-channel campaigns across content, email, paid media, social, events and ABM.
Identify priority customer segments and new market opportunities through market analysis.
Establish KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness and support investment decisions.
