Job summary

High Street Resources is seeking an ambitious Marketing Lead to build and scale the marketing function, focused on institutional clients, demand generation, market positioning and revenue growth. You will work with Business Development, Product, Trading and senior leadership to strengthen market position and drive measurable pipeline, with hands-on execution alongside strategy.

Qualifications

5–12 years in marketing, growth, business development or go-to-market roles.
At least 5 years in financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets/crypto or a related sector.
Strong experience marketing to B2B and institutional audiences.
Experience building marketing or growth capabilities from the ground up.
Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing, data, AI and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

Lead brand positioning, messaging and corporate communications for institutional clients.
Build a B2B enterprise marketing strategy from the ground up and manage demand generation programs.
Develop multi-channel campaigns across content, email, paid media, social, events and ABM.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Trading to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.
Plan industry events and client-facing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Establish KPIs and provide performance reporting to support investment decisions.
