Job summary

Holborn Assets in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to proactively generate new business and grow the client base. You will work closely with IFAs, promoting financial products and services to prospective clients worldwide.

Leads come from inbound enquiries, events, digital marketing, referrals, and your own BD activities. This is primarily commission-based, with potential additional remuneration depending on experience and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Business Development role within the financial services sector.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans.
• Generate leads and engage with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's financial products and services.
• Research, identify, and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Develop opportunities within target markets with support from the marketing team.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
