Job summary

ScalingCraft Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to own new client acquisition for international markets (US, UAE, Australia). You will run the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and hand off to delivery with a clean brief.

This remote, part-time role demands 3+ years selling digital marketing services, proven US/UAE/Australia client experience, and fluency in English. You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM to manage a growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales of digital marketing services.
• Experience selling to US, UAE, or Australia clients.
• Comfort with cold calling/email/LinkedIn outreach as a daily routine.
• Experience with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from lead to close for international markets.
• Build and qualify a pipeline against weekly targets.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and present services.
• Prepare proposals and pitches with delivery team for scope and pricing.
• Maintain CRM accuracy daily to ensure pipeline visibility.
