Xpat Today invites an experienced Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, onboarding IBs and affiliates, and grow the active trader base across key markets. You will build relationships, educate clients on platforms and trading options, and drive funded accounts with monthly targets.

Ideal candidates have a proven forex sales record, an existing client network, and the ability to work on-site or remotely.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in forex sales, IB management, or financial services.
• Existing client network or affiliate following is essential.
• Strong understanding of forex markets, MT5, and trading products including copy trading and PAMM.
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work on-site or remotely, depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, approach, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients.
• Generate leads through social media, Telegram/WhatsApp communities, industry events, referrals, and personal networks.
• Educate prospective clients on trading platforms, account types, trading instruments, copy trading, and related offerings.
• Guide clients through account opening and funding, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly targets related to funded accounts and trading volume.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing IBs and clients.
• Stay updated with forex market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams on campaigns and lead-conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.
