Job summary

UMO in Dubai seeks a senior finance executive to own the global finance function as part of a stealth-fintech platform evolving money across fiat, crypto, and investments. You will lead banking operations, treasury, FP&A, and regulatory reporting with direct impact on company strategy and governance.

The role requires a strong CFO/finance track record in regulated fintechs, CPA/CFA/ACCA credentials, advanced English, and experience across multiple entities and regulators.

Qualifications

• Deep banking finance and retail digital banking operations.
• Experience managing dual-track treasury (fiat and crypto).
• International consolidation and multi-entity accounting knowledge.
• Direct communication with regulators and audit schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the full finance organization from startup to scale.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics to CEO/Board.
• Oversee banking operations, treasury, pricing, and planning cycles.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and entities.
• Build scalable financial governance and documentation culture.
