My client who are a global player operating in the Tech/Payments/ Digital/FinTech space are currently looking to recruit a Group Chief Financial Officer. This is a strategic position which oversees the full spectrum of financial management including financial planning risk mitigation regulatory compliance investor relations and the execution of growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and commercial insight to support my clients rapid scaling and global expansion. Additionally you will lead investor relations building and managing relationships with investors analysts and financial institutions while preparing communications board materials and fundraising documentation. As a senior leader you will build and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams fostering a culture of accountability integrity and innovation. To succeed in this role you ll bring over 12 years of experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth tech or digital business with a strong track record in strategic finance fundraising and investor relations. A deep understanding of financial regulations governance and global compliance is essential along with exceptional analytical leadership and communication skills.

Professional qualifications such as ACA ACCA CA are preferred and experience within the UAE/GCC region is a strong advantage.
