Job summary

Utorg seeks an experienced finance leader in Dubai to own end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and automation across multiple entities and currencies. You will drive P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet management, and partner with the Data team to define KPIs and scalable processes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in finance with leadership exposure, fintech or crypto payments background, and strong Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a management role.
Background in fintech, payments, EMI, banking, or crypto payments.
Proven track record of transforming manual reporting into automated pipelines.
Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver end-to-end management reporting including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.
Build and maintain the budgeting cycle, cash-flow forecasts, and scenario planning.
Design and run the financial control framework and regular reconciliations.
Manage merchant settlements, provider fees, and FX conversions.
Oversee consolidated reporting across multiple legal entities and currencies.
Act as the business owner for financial automation, defining KPIs and requirements for the Data team.
Lead, hire, and develop the Finance team.
Report financial results and insights directly to the CEO and founders.
