Job summary

Affjobs is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of a growing regulated forex company in Dubai. The role covers financial strategy, regulatory reporting, controls, treasury, and governance to support growth while ensuring compliance.

The CFO will interact with regulators, auditors, and external partners, oversee budgeting and reporting, and guide strategic decisions and M&A activities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO/Finance Director in regulated financial services (Forex/CFD)
• Strong IFRS and international accounting standards knowledge
• Experience with regulatory reporting and audits
• Budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial planning expertise
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage regulators, auditors, banking partners, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee regulatory reporting compliance and audits.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, treasury needs, and capital requirements.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and shareholders.
• Implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Support M&A and strategic growth initiatives.
• Mentor and manage the finance team.
