Job summary

Business Umbrella in Dubai seeks a high-caliber CFO/VP of Finance to lead corporate finance for the firm and its international portfolio. You will oversee daily accounting, close monthly/annual statements, and mentor Senior Accountants while turning data into dashboards and forecasts for the board.

You will design a treasury and investment framework, perform due diligence for acquisitions or JV setups, and manage liquidity across UAE, UK, and Türkiye, with emphasis on IFRS, UAE Tax, and FX risk

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of corporate finance leadership required.
• 3–5 years as CFO/VP Finance in CSP, consultancy, wealth mgmt or PE.
• Active CFA or CPA/CA/ACCA with MBA in Finance.
• Strong UAE financial ecosystem knowledge and IFRS/Central Bank rules.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Senior Accountants and review monthly close.
• Turn data into executive dashboards and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop a treasury framework and capital deployment strategy.
• Perform valuation modeling and due diligence for acquisitions or JVs.
• Manage liquidity and FX risk across international entities.
• Ensure UAE Tax and IFRS compliance with Tax/Legal functions.
• Analyze margins to optimize pricing and reduce leakage.
• Maintain banking relationships for wealth management and compliance.
