Job summary

Executive Headhunters is recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of a multi-billion-dollar global FinTech organisation. This high-visibility role oversees the entire finance function, setting strategic direction, cash management, forecasting and financial reporting across a fast-growing business.

The ideal candidate holds ACCA or equivalent membership, has 20+ years in senior finance roles such as Finance Director or CFO, and a proven record managing large bn-scale accounts within OTC

Qualifications

• Min. 20 years in a senior financial position (e.g., Finance Director, CFO).
• Qualified Accountant with ACCA accreditation or equivalent.
• Track record of managing bn-level accounts.
• Experience in OTC Finance within the FinTech space.
• Ability to shape the future growth of the organisation.
• Willingness to visit global offices, including UAE.
• Modern offices and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute the organisation’s financial strategy.
• Monitor and provide regular financial reports to the board and shareholders.
• Provide strategic analysis and support to the executive board and investors.
• Develop an accounting function, reporting and internal financial processes.
• Provide advice on trades and market trends.
