Job summary

Xtremenext is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our fintech marketing team in Dubai. The role supports digital marketing activities, content creation, campaign coordination, and brand promotion across online platforms.

The position welcomes freshers with 0-3+ years of experience and is full-time and on-site, with regular daytime hours. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth in international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 0-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand marketing (Freshers can apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in content creation, branding, and online marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
