Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Senior Global Leader – Finance to join a leading international organisation undergoing significant growth and global expansion. You will take end-to-end leadership of the finance function and partner with the executive team to shape financial strategy and governance.

The role covers treasury and funding strategy, corporate finance and M&A, tax and audit, and commercial finance, with direct exposure to multiple international markets and major capital investment

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
• Experience leading broad, end-to-end finance functions within large organisations.
• Exposure to treasury, funding strategy, corporate finance and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end leadership of the finance function and partner with the executive team to shape financial strategy and governance.
• Provide robust financial governance and support major investment and growth decisions.
• Lead treasury & funding strategy, corporate finance & M&A, tax & audit, and commercial finance across multiple international markets.
