Job summary

Boundless, a global regulated financial services group, seeks a Head of Finance to lead its finance function across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

The role demands extensive senior finance leadership within FX, CFDs, or banking, IFRS expertise, robust controls, and the ability to deliver board-level reporting and strategic insight. You will build a high-performing team and drive automation to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in FX, CFDs, brokerage or regulated financial services.
• Strong IFRS and statutory reporting knowledge.
• Experience across multiple legal entities, currencies, jurisdictions, and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead audits, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance function including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual statements and board reporting.
• Develop financial plans, rolling forecasts and scenario models.
• Provide commercial analysis on revenue, client activity, costs and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury across entities.
• Maintain robust controls and IFRS compliance across entities.
• Lead external audits and liaise with regulators, advisers and banks.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive automation and improvements in reporting, reconciliations, dashboards, and MIS.
• Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with growth.
