Job summary

Kingston Stanley is currently looking for a Senior Global Leader – Finance to join a leading international organisation undergoing significant growth and global expansion.

This is a senior strategic appointment within a highly CAPEX-intensive business, with substantial ongoing and planned investment supporting its international growth strategy.

The successful individual will take end-to-end leadership of the finance function, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, provide robust financial governance and support major investment and growth decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates must hold a recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or an internationally recognised equivalent.

We are particularly interested in senior finance leaders who have:

• Led broad, end-to-end finance functions within large and complex organisations.
• Operated within highly CAPEX-intensive businesses, with direct exposure to significant capital investment programmes.
• Worked across multiple international markets.
• Supported businesses through substantial growth, transformation and international expansion.
• Demonstrated strong exposure to treasury, funding strategy, corporate finance and M&A.
• Partnered directly with C-suite executives, Boards and senior stakeholders.

Experience within infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, energy or other large-scale, investment-led sectors would be highly relevant.
