Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Senior Global Leader – Finance to join a leading international organisation undergoing significant growth and global expansion. You will take end-to-end leadership of the finance function and partner with the executive team to shape financial strategy and governance.

The role covers treasury and funding strategy, corporate finance and M&A, tax and audit, and commercial finance, with direct exposure to multiple international markets and major capital investment

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
• Experience leading broad, end-to-end finance functions within large organisations.
• Exposure to treasury, funding strategy, corporate finance and M&A.

Responsibilities

Kingston Stanley is currently looking for a Senior Global Leader – Finance to join a leading international organisation undergoing significant growth and global expansion.

This is a senior strategic appointment within a highly CAPEX-intensive business, with substantial ongoing and planned investment supporting its international growth strategy.

The successful individual will take end-to-end leadership of the finance function, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, provide robust financial governance and support major investment and growth decisions.

The mandate will encompass:

• Treasury & Funding Strategy
• Corporate Finance & M&A
• Tax & Audit
• Commercial Finance
• Executive and Board-level Financial Advisory

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates must hold a recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or an internationally recognised equivalent.

We are particularly interested in senior finance leaders who have:

• Led broad, end-to-end finance functions within large and complex organisations
• Operated within highly CAPEX-intensive businesses, with direct exposure to significant capital investment programmes
• Worked across multiple international markets
• Supported businesses through substantial growth, transformation and international expansion
• Demonstrated strong exposure to treasury, funding strategy, corporate finance and M&A
• Partnered directly with C-suite executives, Boards and senior stakeholders

Experience within infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, energy or other large-scale, investment-led sectors would be highly relevant.
