Job summary

Kingston Stanley in Dubai is seeking a Senior Leader – FP&A / MIS to drive group-level financial planning and reporting across diverse sectors.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in complex, CapEx-intensive, project-driven environments, with strong senior-level FP&A and MIS capabilities. You will partner with senior stakeholders and influence strategic investment decisions from the Shared Services function.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant finance experience.
• CapEx-intensive, project-led environment experience.
• Proven ability to prepare and present management/board-level reporting.
• Strong senior FP&A and MIS background.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-level FP&A and management reporting.
• Own and present monthly MIS packs to senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Provide financial analysis, scenario modelling and insights.
• Develop and monitor KPIs across finance and operations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple businesses.
• Support strategic investment and major CapEx / development decisions.
• Drive improvements in reporting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
