Job summary

PlaceUp, Dubai-based company, is seeking a Sales Executive to develop international sales, manage existing customers, and identify new business opportunities across overseas markets.

The role focuses on generating export sales, building strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and achieving revenue targets through effective market development and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, international sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience dealing with international customers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English and ability to work independently across multiple markets

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
• Identify and approach new customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients.
• Generate leads through market research, outbound sales, networking, and industry contacts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered efficiently.
• Manage export orders from initial enquiry through to shipment and delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM/customer records.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
