Job summary

Dubai-based sales team is seeking energetic and confident Sales Executives with a background in B2C sales across retail, hospitality, tourism, telesales, automotive, banking, or customer-facing environments. You will speak with new customers, make outbound calls, follow up leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.

In this role you will meet individual sales targets, earn commissions tied to performance, and work across multiple channels while maintaining accurate customer

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with new customers, making outbound calls, following up with leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into sales.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling and approaching new customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must currently be based in Dubai/UAE.
• UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates from any industry are welcome if they have strong sales ability and the right attitude.
