• Analyze export markets and sales data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business planning
• Conduct market visits and feasibility studies to identify new export opportunities
• Monitor export market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth
• Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and distributors across assigned export markets
• Visit international customers, understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals and bids
• Follow up on quotations, pricing, payments and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction
• Develop customer segmentation, upselling and promotional strategies to maximize sales opportunities and business growth
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade events to network, generate leads and promote export business
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and CRM updates
