Job summary

Revelion AI in Dubai is hiring a Business Development Manager to open the international market from Dubai. This is an outbound role: cold outreach, real conversations, and relationships built over months to close deals. You will be handed a market, a database, a product worth selling, and the autonomy to build and expand it.

You will sell to MSPs/MSSPs and enterprises across the UAE, GCC, and the UK, collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• A proven B2B closer with a track record of hitting and beating targets.
• Genuine outbound ability. Build target lists from scratch and engage senior buyers.
• Strong CRM discipline with experience in HubSpot or Salesforce and running sequences/pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, emails, and networking.
• Nurture long sales cycles with multi-touch sequences and consistent follow-up.
• Own the full cycle: qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
• Manage post-close relationships for retention and expansion.
• Maintain clean CRM data and forecast accurately.
• Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
