Job summary

Technieum in Dubai is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate and qualify leads for cybersecurity services, collaborating with field sales and technical teams. You will conduct outbound calls and emails, nurture a pipeline, and present offerings via calls and virtual meetings.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will schedule meetings, maintain a current CRM pipeline, and provide regular activity and progress reports. UAE market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with high-volume outbound outreach and CRM tools.
• Proven UAE market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting.
