Job summary

SANS in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand the UAE market and revenue for our cyber security portfolio. You will drive enterprise accounts, pursue new critical contracts, and partner with government, military or commercial sectors.

You will forecast sales, onboard new customers, and represent SANS in client meetings and events. Reporting to the Managing Director, ME&A, this role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, English proficiency, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field-based Business Development/Sales role ideally within Government, Military or Commercial Sectors.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient in delivering results.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to use social media platforms for business development.
• Willing to travel and meet customers in person when required.
• Ability to plan, forecast and report against sales plans and targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new SANS customers from a specified target list.
• Understand the SANS portfolio to generate quality opportunities.
• Follow latest Cyber Security industry trends and articulate strategy.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Forecast sales monthly in line with CRM processes.
• Represent SANS and translate industry developments into customer solutions.
• On-board newly acquired customers.
• Monitor payments and ensure invoices are settled timely.
• Support marketing campaigns and events to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and drive sales plans and adhere to sales processes.
