Job summary

Guildhall invites an ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth for a premium beauty and wellness brand in the UAE. This hands-on role covers B2B, B2C and e-commerce channels, focusing on skincare and wellness portfolios.

You will develop partnerships with hotels, luxury spas, clinics and pharmacies, deliver brand presentations, negotiate agreements and drive product launches, campaigns and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of beauty, skincare or wellness sales and marketing experience.
• Proven UAE experience developing B2B accounts with hotels/spas.
• Strong luxury skincare knowledge and ability to explain products and facial treatments.
• Experience in consumer marketing or e-commerce.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with hotels, luxury spas, clinics, pharmacies and wellness centres.
• Deliver brand presentations, negotiate agreements and achieve sales targets.
• Drive product launches, marketing campaigns, online sales and customer retention.
• Track commercial performance and report directly to the President.
