Job summary

Abroad Work in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth. You will develop strategies, manage customer relationships, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business and at least five years in a similar role, with strong communication and leadership skills and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team towards achieving company goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage relationships with current and prospective customers
• Create and manage a customer database
• Monitor competitor activities
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance
• Train and coach team members to maximise their performance
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to the services/products offered
• Negotiate contracts with customers
