Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Executive/Manager with plastics polymers expertise to drive growth across UAE and GCC. You will manage sales of plastic raw materials, develop new customers, and strengthen supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of proven sales experience in plastics and a Bachelor’s degree. UAE Driving Licence is mandatory; immediate joining is preferred. The role demands strong negotiation and market insight to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA will be an added advantage.
• 3–8 years of proven sales experience in plastics, polymers, chemicals or related industries.
• Strong knowledge and sales experience in PET, PVC and other plastic raw materials.
• Experience handling customers and suppliers across UAE/GCC markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of market dynamics, pricing and business development.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented and a strong team player.
• Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales of plastic raw materials and polymers, including PET and PVC.
• Develop new customers and expand the company's business across UAE and GCC markets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits across the UAE and GCC.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and market solutions.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Provide market information, sales updates, and business insights to management.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Develop creative ideas and strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.
