Job summary

Bamboo Card seeks a seasoned B2B Marketing Leader to shape demand generation and own a global marketing engine. You will build ICPs, segment by market, define channel strategy and drive paid, organic and lifecycle campaigns that feed the revenue funnel.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage agencies, own the budget, and partner with the commercial organization to convert prospects into revenue, while strengthening our presence in the GCC and international markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven demand generation programmes and pipeline impact.
• Experience marketing to international audiences across markets.
• Hands-on in paid, SEO, content, email and marketing automation.
• Experience managing agencies and freelancers within budget.

Responsibilities

• Own demand engine strategy: ICP, segmentation, and channel mix.
• Lead hybrid of paid, organic, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Manage marketing budget, events, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to convert pipeline into revenue.
• Ensure CRM is the single source of truth for reporting.
