Job summary

VAP Group is seeking an accomplished marketing leader to own and drive end-to-end B2B marketing across brand, demand generation, digital, content, PR and events. You will own the full funnel from awareness to engagement, building a high-performing team and a data-driven culture to accelerate growth across global events and media properties.

You will lead integrated campaigns, optimize budgets, and ensure consistent brand messaging while partnering with stakeholders and agencies to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership.
• Experience in the events, exhibitions, conferences, or B2B media sector.
• Strong expertise across brand marketing, performance marketing, content, digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success developing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive growth.
• Experience across Middle East, GCC, EMEA, and APAC markets is desirable.
• Exposure to Web3, Blockchain, AI, FinTech or emerging tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies across brand, demand generation, digital, content, PR, and event marketing.
• Own the complete marketing funnel from awareness and lead generation to conversion, retention, and customer engagement.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with a data-driven culture.
• Drive integrated campaigns to increase delegate registrations, sponsorship opportunities, and audience engagement across global events and media properties.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, analytics, and ROI while optimizing acquisition channels.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute high-impact marketing initiatives across regions.
