Job summary

Delta World Charter in Dubai seeks an experienced Aircraft Charter Broker to manage client relationships, negotiate charter deals, and arrange aircraft charter services tailored to client needs.

You will collaborate with a global network of operators, airlines, and suppliers to ensure smooth bookings, exceptional service, and continued client satisfaction. The role requires motivation in a results-driven environment with opportunities for overseas travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation industry desirable.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing sales role.
• Graduate with bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven sales expertise with integrity and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Charter Booking and Coordination: Identify requirements, provide aircraft options, and negotiate pricing with operators; coordinate bookings and logistics.
• Sales and Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities and grow the client base.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare contracts, permits, and regulatory docs ensuring compliance with aviation rules.
• Problem-Solving: Address unexpected changes with timely, effective solutions for client satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on private aviation trends and opportunities.
