Job summary
Chapman Freeborn Airchartering in Dubai, UAE, seeks a VIP & Passenger Charter Broker to join our global aviation team. You will source clients, secure charter contracts, source aircraft, and manage flights end-to-end from booking to completion while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in aviation, experience in pax sales/airchartering, knowledge of IMEA markets, and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment with fluency in English and
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant aviation experience.
- Experience in pax sales/airchartering.
- Knowledge of the IMEA market.
- Fluency in English; Turkish and/or Russian advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high volume of cold calls to identify potential clients and generate new business.
- Follow up on calls and leads to build a sales pipeline.
- Log activities in CRM and track opportunities to maximise deals.
- Source aircraft and liaise with operators to deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee flight management from booking to completion, ensuring compliance and high service standards.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance for seamless service.
