Job summary

Sunreef Yachts Charter is expanding and seeks a motivated Charter Retail Assistant to support the Retail Charter Broker and drive our luxury charter operations from Dubai. You will manage enquiries, assist in preparing charter offers and itineraries, and coordinate the booking lifecycle across internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, familiarity with Yachtfolio and MYBA contracts, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in yacht charter, luxury travel, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of Yachtfolio
• Understanding MYBA contracts and charter procedures
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via website, Yachtfolio, brokers, email, and platforms.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with Retail Charter Broker.
• Assist in preparing charter offers, proposals, and itineraries.
• Support MYBA contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor option dates, APA payments, deadlines and milestones.
• Update yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other platforms.
• Ensure pricing, availability, specs, and media are up to date.
• Maintain records in the CRM.
• Assist with client follow-up pre, during and post-charter.
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and crew as needed.
