Jobtailor is seeking an Partnerships/Affiliate Manager to own a portfolio of international partners, drive growth, and lead end-to-end collaboration projects in a fintech/regulated environment. Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results.
• Ability to organise and lead projects from start to finish.
• Commercial mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to manage several priorities.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Experience using advanced AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or a regulated industry is nice to have.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand partner growth needs
• Identify, evaluate, and approach new partners aligned with commercial and market priorities
• Lead partnership projects end to end, including research, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, launch, performance review, and next steps
• Review partner performance, identify opportunities or issues, and turn data into clear actions
• Coordinate launches and partner initiatives with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Use advanced AI tools and automation to improve productivity across partner research, communication, reporting, and workflows
• Ensure partner activity meets regulatory, commercial, and brand standards
