Capital Com SV Investments Limited is expanding its affiliate network globally and seeks a results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our Dubai office. You will own and grow a portfolio of international affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and drive onboarding, launch and performance reviews.

In this role you will leverage data to optimize partner performance, collaborate with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance and Marketing, and use AI tools to boost productivity while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with external partners.
• Data-driven, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets.
• Build long-term relationships and understand partner needs to drive growth.
• Lead partnership projects end to end from outreach to onboarding and review.
• Review performance and turn data into actions.
• Coordinate launches with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity in research, reporting, and communication.
• Ensure partner activity meets regulatory and brand standards.
