Job summary

Haya Decoration Works in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all operational activities for Interior Fit-Out and Joinery projects across the UAE. The candidate must have significant experience in project management, client relations, and commercial oversight.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of UAE experience and at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of joinery factory operations and a valid UAE Driving License are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects with an annual value exceeding AED100Million.

Operations Manager – Interior Fit‑Out – Joinery, UAE

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead all operational activities across multiple Interior Fit‑Out and Joinery projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will drive project delivery, profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project operations from award through handover.
• Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Factory Teams.
• Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Joinery Factory, and Site Teams.
• Develop operational procedures and KPIs.
• Review contracts, risks, claims, and commercial matters.
• Support tendering and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in Interior Fit‑Out & Joinery.
• Minimum 3 years as Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects with a combined annual value exceeding AED100Million.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing joinery factory operations is highly preferred.
• UAE Driving License.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Primavera P6.
• Lean Construction knowledge.
• Experience implementing ERP systems.
