Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai Beachfront is seeking a General Manager to helm a premier beachfront destination. You will drive the guest experience, oversee multiple spaces, and lead a large team while owning revenue, budgets and overall performance.

The role combines hands-on floor leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring standards, safety and compliance while elevating the LPM brand across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in luxury hospitality with senior leadership experience.
• Proven P&L ownership and ability to drive commercial results.
• Hands-on, charismatic leader with strategy and floor presence.

The Role

As General Manager, you're the driving force behind our beachfront destination — one restaurant, many spaces, all held to the same LPM standard. You lead a large team, own the numbers and the guest experience, and are as at home on the floor as you are steering strategy behind the scenes.
