Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai seeks a Head Sommelier to own the wine program for a beachfront destination. You will curate a Mediterranean-inspired list, guide guests with elegant pairings, and lead a talented sommelier team to deliver unforgettable hospitality.

You will manage cellar operations, vendor relationships, and inventory while elevating wine revenue and guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in luxury hospitality
• 3–5 years in a senior wine leadership role
• Formal certification (WSET or equivalent)
• Genuine passion for wine and sharing it in a warm, unpretentious way
• Strong list-building, cellar and inventory management experience
• Natural host and teacher who lifts the team
• Depth in French and Mediterranean regions is a real plus

As Head Sommelier, you own the wine story of our beachfront destination. You'll build a list that captures the spirit of the French Riviera and the LPM table, guide guests to the perfect pairing, and bring your team along with you. Part curator, part host, part teacher - you make wine feel generous and effortless, never intimidating.
