Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai Beachfront opens with a role for an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead by example on the floor and ensure the service team delivers the LPM experience. You will support the Outlet Manager, look after guests, and help with stock, ordering and cash procedures.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory hospitality experience, natural leadership, guest focus, and composure under pressure.

The Role

As Assistant Outlet Manager, you support the Outlet Manager and step in when needed. You lead by example on the floor, look after the team, and keep every service running the LPM way.
