You will craft dishes to LPM standards, maintain mise en place, and guide junior chefs, while upholding safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you run your own section of the kitchen. You prepare and cook to LPM standard, keep your section organised, and guide the junior chefs working with you.
