Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is seeking a General Manager to drive the beachfront destination with a strong focus on guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance. You will lead a large team, own revenue and budgets, and align strategy with brand standards to deliver exceptional service.

The role combines on-floor leadership with strategic oversight, requiring hands-on leadership, pre-opening or large-scale launch experience, and a passion for premium French-Mediterranean

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in luxury hospitality and senior leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial results.
• Strong, people-first leadership with guest-centric mindset.
• Deep knowledge of premium French-Mediterranean dining and luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation across all spaces of the beachfront venue.
• Own revenue, budgets and P&L with accountable performance.
• Build, lead and inspire a large team to consistently high standards.
• Protect and elevate the LPM brand across all touchpoints.
• Partner with culinary and bar leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The Role

As General Manager, you're the driving force behind our beachfront destination - one restaurant, many spaces, all held to the same LPM standard. You lead a large team, own the numbers and the guest experience, and are as at home on the floor as you are steering strategy behind the scenes.
