Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the new beachfront restaurant bar. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and guide the bar team to deliver the signature LPM experience with a focus on cocktails, guest satisfaction, and cost control.

The role requires premium-venue bar management experience and strong English communication. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, incentives, and medical benefits in a landmark beachfront setting.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you run the bar of our new beachfront restaurant. You lead the team, keep the drinks and the service consistent, and make the bar one of the best seats in the house.
