Job summary

La Petite Maison is opening a beachfront restaurant in Dubai and is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, guide the service team, and ensure superb guest experiences. You will drive guest satisfaction, monitor standards, and contribute to revenue and cost control in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have premium restaurant experience, strong leadership, and a commercial eye for covers and costs while delivering calm, hands-on leadership with fluent English in a vibrant beachside

The Role

As Outlet Manager, you run your part of our new beachfront restaurant. You lead the team on the floor, own the guest experience, and keep service, standards and results moving in the right direction.
