Job summary

Cygnify, a fintech-focused tech partner, seeks a Regional Director GCC (Business Head) to lead and expand the business across the GCC from Dubai. You will own regional strategy, client engagement, and multi-market software delivery with oversight of senior relationships and growth initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise software, fintech, and P&L exposure, with a track record of navigating complex organizations and delivering large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise software/fintech sales and BD experience.
• Proven leadership in multi-market environments and large deals.
• Strong ability to manage senior client relationships and complex stakeholders.
• Experience delivering large software roll-outs and regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and operations across GCC markets.
• Drive market expansion and key client engagement with global teams.
