Job summary

Apt Resources is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading Technology Services company in Dubai. You will drive new business across the GCC, meeting senior decision-makers, building relationships and generating qualified sales opportunities for technology and business solutions.

You will develop territory plans for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, identify and approach potential clients, and collaborate with solution architects to qualify opportunities for

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in B2B field sales or business development.
• At least 4 years selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO or staffing.
• Minimum 3 years GCC experience with an established GCC network.
• Proven track record opening accounts via face-to-face prospecting.
• Experience selling into Saudi Arabia and understanding procurement/vendor registration.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
• Identify and approach potential clients through visits, networks and referrals.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across technology, finance and operations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, chambers and executive forums.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand challenges, stakeholders and budgets.
• Position services including technology services, AI/automation, and BPO.
• Handover opportunities to the Business Development team and support bids.
• Develop referral relationships with technology partners and SI firms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of visits and meetings daily.
• Provide updates on pipeline development and competitive activity.
• Coach Field SDRs as the team grows.
